The analog pressure gauge displays pressure through a dial and pointer, so the operator needs to read the value manually. It is less direct and less precise than a digital gauge, but it does not rely on electrical power. Even if the machine suddenly loses power, the gauge can still show the current pressure.
The digital pressure gauge shows the pressure as a clear numerical value, making it easier and more accurate to read. However, if the machine loses power, the display will turn off and the pressure value will no longer be visible.
For example, if a power failure occurs during the cooling stage, a digital gauge will stop displaying the pressure. An analog gauge, however, can still show whether pressure is being maintained in the hydraulic system.
