Summary

The FusingX FX800 hydraulic butt fusion machine was used in an overseas mountain HDPE pipeline project. Working together with an excavator, the machine supported large-diameter pipe welding under complex outdoor jobsite conditions. Recently, we received jobsite photos from one of our overseas partners. The photos show the FusingX FX800 hydraulic butt fusion machine being used in a mountain HDPE pipeline project.

The project was carried out in an outdoor mountain area, where the ground conditions were complex. An excavator was used on site to help move, position, and install large-diameter HDPE pipes.

From the photos, the FX800 was used for large-diameter HDPE pipe butt fusion welding. The machine supported the welding process, including pipe clamping, alignment, facing, heating, and joining.

For this type of pipeline project, the welding machine needs a stable structure, reliable hydraulic system, and good jobsite adaptability.
