A batch of 15 WP400A butt fusion machine frames has completed production and inspection. They will be shipped to Iran for the T776 project to support upcoming PE pipeline construction.

We recently completed the production and assembly of WP400A butt fusion machine frames for our customer’s T776 project in Iran. All units have passed structural checks, alignment verification, and surface finishing. A total of 15 sets are now prepared for packaging and will soon be shipped to support local PE pipeline construction.
Overview of WP400A Features
The WP400A is one of our most widely used mid-range models, suitable for welding 180–400 mm PE and PP pipes. The machine frames in this order follow the latest WP400A structural design, including:
· Integrated die-casting aluminum frame with high-strength steel base for enhanced rigidity and durability.
· Reinforced hardened guide-rod system ensuring smooth travel and precise alignment.
· Full-gear transmission facing tool, providing efficient facing performance and long blade life for continuous site work.
· Hydraulic unit with pressure display, temperature control, and timer, offering a stable and reliable operating experience for field applications.
Production and Assembly Highlights
Each frame in this batch carries a clear project tag for tracking and packing management. Components such as hardened guide rods, clamps, cross beams, and die-casting reducers have undergone machining, assembly, and performance inspection. Surface coating, protection, and dimensional checks were all completed following Welping’s quality standards.

These measures ensure the machines can be put into service quickly once they arrive in Iran.
