Operation on Site
The pipes have been clamped and aligned before welding.
Clamping appears even, and the pipe axes are kept aligned, providing a stable condition for facing and subsequent welding steps.
The facer, hydraulic unit, and power supply are positioned to allow straightforward operation. The workflow is clear, and the operation follows a normal on-site welding sequence without unnecessary adjustments.
Working Conditions
