Traditional hot melt butt welding of pipelines relies on manual control of critical parameters including temperature, pressure and welding duration. Such operations are complicated and highly dependent on workers’ experience, often resulting in uneven fusion, joint leakage and high rework rates, which adversely affect project quality and construction efficiency.
To address these common industry challenges, the WP200Q Fully Automatic Hot Melt Butt Welding Machine is equipped with an integrated intelligent control system to deliver accurate and efficient fusion welding. It is compatible with plastic pipes made of PE, PP, PB, PVDF and other materials, and widely used in municipal drainage, natural gas transmission, sewage treatment, chemical engineering, agricultural irrigation and other fields.
Introduction
The WP200Q boasts exceptional core performance. Fitted with high-quality PTFE-coated heating plates, it enables rapid temperature regulation. Its built-in digital control system with LCD display supports automatic setting of welding parameters. The machine is equipped with precisely die-cast aluminum clamps, steel belts with cylindrical structures and an automatic jump mechanism. Featuring stable performance, smooth operation and strong load capacity, it adapts to complex working environments such as outdoor construction sites, trenches and factory workshops. It can operate continuously for extended periods and effectively prolong the service life of the equipment.
Newly Designed Hydraulic Station
The WP200Q is equipped with a specially designed hydraulic station. Its fully enclosed structure effectively protects operators from potential injuries.
· It features a 7-inch 16-bit true-color touchscreen, with physical buttons also available for operation.
· Three operating languages are supported: English, Russian and Chinese.
· A flashing light prompts at every operating step to help operators follow procedures clearly.
· All connecting sockets for the planer and heating plate are arranged on the rear of the hydraulic station, eliminating the need for an additional power distributor.
· Welding reports can be instantly saved to the internal memory or printed upon completion. Users may also download reports via the USB port.
· The PLC control unit continuously monitors power voltage, frequency, pressure and heating plate temperature throughout operation.
