As a core component of PE pipe butt fusion welding machines, the hydraulic power unit directly determines welding stability and on-site operation efficiency. WELPING proudly launches the brand-new HydraFlex™ HPU hydraulic station, redefining the hydraulic control experience for professional pipe welding.
Unlike ordinary traditional hydraulic stations that require repeated pressure adjustment for every welding step, our newly designed HydraFlex™ HPU adopts an intelligent **dual-knob pressure control system**.
Operators only need to complete pressure setting one time at the beginning. During the whole welding workflow including facing, bead-up, heat soak, fusion and cooling stages, users can quickly and flexibly switch between different pressure values. There is no need to reset pressure repeatedly, greatly simplifying the complicated operation steps on construction sites.
This HydraFlex™ HPU shares the same wired remote controller as our classic FX series welders. Operators can control the machine remotely beside the pipe workpiece. It avoids frequent walking back and forth between the hydraulic station and pipe joint, improves construction safety and working efficiency.
The control panel is clearly laid out with pressure regulator, control valve, pressure gauge, working indicator lights and emergency stop button. All functions are visualized for easy monitoring and operation. Stable hydraulic output ensures consistent pressure during the whole fusion cycle, which is critical to obtain reliable, high-quality welded joints for HDPE and PE pipelines.
