Pipe Clamping and Reinforced Frame

The A Max Series features a reinforced frame to support pipe clamping and carriage movement. The A Max Series comes with a remote control incorporating carriage forward and reverse movement, facer control, and an emergency stop. These functions give operators convenient access to key machine controls.
During the pipe-end closing demonstration, the operator can control carriage movement from a position with a clear view of the pipe ends. This makes it easier to observe their approach and contact, and identify whether the clamping position needs adjustment.
