Summary
Welping introduces the E2 Series push-operated manual butt fusion machines for 40–250 mm PE/PP pipes. Four models combine manual push operation, a gear-driven facing tool and built-in digital temperature control.

The Welping E2 Series push-operated manual butt fusion machines are now available for 40–250 mm PE/PP pipes. The range includes four models: WP110E2, WP160E2, WP200E2 and WP250E2.
Featuring manual push-handle operation, a gear-driven facing tool and a heating plate with built-in digital temperature control, the E2 Series provides a practical setup for pipe-end preparation, heating and joining.
Manual Push Operation, Compact Design
The E2 Series uses a push handle to move the carriage, bringing the pipe ends together or separating them. Its compact design makes the machine convenient to handle, transport and position on site.
The main difference between the E2 Series and Welping’s C Series is carriage operation: the E2 Series uses a push handle, while the C Series uses a hand crank. Corresponding models have essentially the same technical specifications, allowing customers to choose according to their operating preferences and application needs.
Gear-Driven Facing Tool
The E2 Series features a fully gear-driven facing tool for pipe-end preparation before welding. The geared transmission delivers smooth, reliable operation during facing.
Corresponding E2 and C Series models use the same facing tool configuration.
Built-in Digital Temperature Control
The heating plate features a digital temperature controller integrated into its handle. Operators can check the temperature directly on the display and adjust the setting using the panel buttons.
This integrated design makes temperature setup and monitoring convenient.
