WORKING PARAMETERS — NOT AN OFFICIAL COPY OF THE STANDARDThis tool is an auxiliary worksheet based on DVS 2207-1:2015-08 and equipment manufacturer guidance. It is not an official reproduction of the standard. Before field use, confirm the pipe material, fusion machine, wall thickness, ambient temperature, and project welding procedure.
Parameter selection
PN* is a source filtering field only. It is not a verified pressure-rating table.
Cold: <15; Mid: 15–25; Hot: >25–40

PE Pipe Butt Fusion Operation Card
Field confirmation: Pipe material, clean pipe ends, alignment, measured Pdrag, heater temperature, ambient conditions, and the project welding procedure have been checked.
t1 is controlled by the minimum bead height. t3/t4 are maximum values. t5 is the minimum cooling time under joining pressure. Do not confuse interface pressure with hydraulic gauge pressure.

Rules and field notes
t1 is controlled by the minimum bead height; it is not a fixed timer.
t3/t4 are maximum values; t5 is the minimum cooling time.
Heat-soak time is rounded up to 1 s; t3/t4 are rounded down to 0.1 s; cooling is rounded up to 0.1 min.
Do not confuse the 0.15 ± 0.01 N/mm² interface pressure with hydraulic gauge pressure.
Heat-soak interface pressure ≤ 0.01 N/mm²; heater temperature 220 ± 10°C.
Cooling time must not be extrapolated above 40°C.
