Description

Product Overview
Product Overview
Professional Data Logger for HDPE Butt Fusion Welding
Tracker 7 / Tracker 10 is a professional data logger designed for HDPE pipe butt fusion welding. It monitors welding pressure, heating plate temperature and ambient temperature in real time while recording key data throughout the welding process.

The system combines welding parameter setup, step-by-step guidance, data recording, result evaluation, data export and printing in one platform. It helps operators follow a controlled welding procedure while creating a traceable record for every completed joint.

Supports ISO 21307, DVS 2207, GOST R 55276 and custom welding parameters.
Real-Time Data Monitoring
Monitor Pressure & Temperature in Real Time
The system monitors and displays key welding data in real time, including:
· Ambient temperature
· Heating plate temperature
· Hydraulic pressure

Live pressure and temperature curves give operators a clear view of changing conditions throughout the welding process.
The display updates once per second and shows the latest 60 seconds of data.
13-Step Welding Guidance
Tracker 7 / Tracker 10 provides a 13-step guided welding workflow:
Preparation → Alignment Check → Clamping → Facing → Drag Pressure Recording → Pressurizing → Heating → Bead Formation → Heat Soak → Changeover → Pressure-Up → Cooling → Welding Record

Each step includes on-screen instructions together with relevant pressure, temperature, timing and standard values, helping operators follow the welding process more consistently.
