Pipe Installation Tools

Welping PS630 / PS1200 pipe support roller stands are designed for PE / HDPE pipe handling during butt fusion welding. They can also be used as general pipe support roller stands for suitable pipe handling work where pipe support, alignment, or forward/backward movement is needed.

Built with a thickened steel frame and rubber-coated smooth rollers, they help support pipes, protect the pipe surface, and make pipe movement easier. Two height settings are available, with custom support height on request.

H402 Pipe Chain Vise is suitable for 1/8"-6" pipes and is used for pipe threading, cutting, and holding work. Its chain vise design provides firm pipe clamping and stable support, making it a practical tool for jobsite pipe installation and maintenance.

Stable, portable, and easy to use – holds pipes from 1/8" to 6" securely for threading, cutting, or support. Foldable design with anti-slip legs and a heavy-duty base tray makes transport and tool organization effortless. Ideal for steel, copper, and PVC pipe work on any job site.

The VH402 bench chain vise is designed to securely hold pipes during threading, cutting, grooving, and general pipe fabrication operations. Its heavy-duty cast-iron construction provides excellent durability and stability for workshop use.

Equipped with hardened toothed jaws and a strong steel chain, the vise ensures reliable pipe clamping and secure operation. The integrated pipe support rollers and built-in pipe bender provide additional convenience during pipe handling and adjustment.

Supporting pipe sizes from 1/8″ to 6″ (3–150 mm), the VH402 is a practical solution for pipe fabrication, installation, and maintenance work.

The VH401 tri-stand chain vise is a heavy-duty pipe stand designed to securely hold pipes during threading, cutting, and general pipe fabrication work. Its stable tripod structure provides strong support on jobsite or workshop floors, while the hardened chain vise ensures reliable pipe clamping during operation. Suitable for pipe sizes from 1/8" to 6" (3–150 mm), the VH401 offers stable support, easy setup, and efficient pipe handling for a wide range of pipe working tasks.
