What is the Lead Time for Butt Fusion Welding Machine? If it is sample order, we will finish the goods within 3 working days, and prepare to deliver to you. If the order quantity is large, don't worry, we will try our best to finish the production ASAP. Usually It will take15-20 days.We have high efficient assembly lines for some products and it takes about 2 weeks to finish 1000 sets of pipe fusion welding machine.
The normal delivery methods are all acceptable, such as by air, by sea and by express.For air and sea delivery method, our usual ports are of Hangzhou, Shanghai, Ningbo. All our goods are of factory prices so there will be some inland delivery cost depending on the order quantity.For express delivery method, DHL, FedEx,UPS...are all available.You can also use your own freight forwarding.

We Welping provides 18 months limited warranty for our plastic welding machine and pipe tools, covering critical parts like body casting and gear box. Free spare parts will be sent for replacement if the critical parts break down during normal operation (as per operation manual). When using a generator, the power recommended by Welping is 2 times as that of the pipe fusion machine. The machine's power is displayed on the specification label on the top of hydraulic station.For example, if the hydraulic station power is 10KW, the heating tool power is 1.5KW,and the planing tool is 1KW, then you need 25KW power for generator at least
Before butt welding, the pipe ends must be rounded and aligned. A pipe roller support will give more help in alignment and reduce the drag pressure. When the mismatch of the pipe walls is still out of local regulation, please adjust the clamping jaws by tightening down the high side until the pipe ends are even.
The digital temperature control indicates the internal temperature of heater. Some heat is lost on the transfer of heat to heater surface. In this case, it is better to use a thermometer to check the surface temperature of the heater. Use this as a reference to monitor the heater temperature during the fusion process.
