Butt Fusion Welding Process
Simple Operation, Practical Design
Manual Push Operation
Move the carriage using the push handle to bring the pipe ends together for facing and fusion.
Gear-Driven Facing Tool
The fully geared drive delivers smooth, reliable operation for pipe-end preparation.
Built-in Digital Temperature Control
The digital display makes it easy to monitor and adjust the heating plate temperature.
Four Models for 40–250 mm Pipes
Available in WP110E2, WP160E2, WP200E2 and WP250E2 models for different pipe diameters.
Full-Gear Driven Facing for Smoother Operation
The gear-driven facing system provides stable transmission and smoother pipe end preparation. Compared with simple manual structures, it helps operators achieve cleaner and more consistent pipe facing before fusion.
Why Gear Transmission?
· More direct transmission than a chain-drive system
· No chain stretching or tension adjustment
· Stable performance during repeated operation
· Durable structure for long-term use
· Easier routine inspection and maintenance

FAQ
What pipe materials can the E2 Series weld?
The E2 Series is designed for PE and PP pipes. Follow the applicable welding procedure for the pipe material and specifications.
Are reducing inserts included?
Standard insert sizes vary by model. Please refer to the specification table and confirm your required pipe sizes when requesting a quotation.
What is the difference between the E2 and C Series?
The E2 Series uses a push handle to move the carriage, while the C Series uses a hand crank. Corresponding models have essentially the same specifications and use the same gear-driven facing tool.
Does the E2 Series require electricity?
Yes. Carriage movement is manual, but the facing tool and heating plate require an electrical power supply.
